Return Policy

PoolAndSpaFlow.com offers a 30 day return policy on items that are new, in original condition unused/unopened and in its original packaging. 

If you have a return, you must Contact Us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any return received without a RMA number will be refused.

• Item(s) must be new, in original condition unused/unopened and in its original packaging
• Return must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless it is a mistake on our end.
• Returns that are used, opened, damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Chemicals - Most chemicals are Hazmat and not eligible for return
• Opened items
• Damaged items
• Used items

Damaged Item Received, Incorrect Item Received or Missing Item Received.

Customers who receive an incorrect item due to PoolAndSpaFlow's error must contact us within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise. We may ask you to return, but will re-ship the correct item or refund. We do ask for photo's of the incorrect item so we can work with our shipping department to resolve.
